Return & Refund Policy

At Grey hawks Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation.

• Return requests must be made within 30 days (one month) from the date of delivery.

Return Process

• Customers may return products by arranging shipment through their own preferred courier or shipping service.

• Alternatively, Grey Hawks Store may provide a return shipping label upon request. If a return shipping label is provided, the cost of the label and any associated return shipping charges will be deducted from the customer's refund amount.

• The customer is responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, Arko Bathroom Store will process the refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
  

• Any additional costs associated with the return, including courier fees, packaging materials, insurance, customs duties, taxes, or other related charges, must be borne by the customer.
